AlphaLift is a software application designed for workout logging, training organization, and athletic progression tracking only. AlphaLift does NOT provide medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or individualized medical treatment.
Weightlifting, resistance training, and high-intensity calisthenics carry inherent risks of severe physical injury or health complications. You should consult a licensed physician or medical professional before commencing any heavy exercise regimen. You participate in all training activities entirely at your own risk.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing AlphaLift ("the Application") through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our websites (getalphalift.com, alphaliftapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. Subscriptions & Billing (Apple StoreKit & Google Play)
AlphaLift offers free core functionality and optional paid auto-renewable subscription tiers ("AlphaLift Pro"):
- Annual Pro Membership: Billed annually at $29.99/year (includes a 7-day free trial period).
- Monthly Pro Membership: Billed monthly at $4.99/month.
- Lifetime Athlete Pass: One-time non-consumable purchase of $69.99 for perpetual access.
- Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Settings (iOS) or Google Play Account Subscriptions (Android).
- Free Trial Terms: If offered a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All software code, visual UI elements, proprietary algorithms (including the AI Routine Architect and Brzycki 1RM progression telemetry), logos, brandmarks, and slogans are the exclusive intellectual property of AlphaLift. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the application.
5. User Data & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to disrupt cloud synchronization services, or engage in abusive reverse-engineering. You may delete your account and data at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaLift and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from physical injury, workout equipment failure, or data loss.
